Since the MBRO, I have tried to make free time to think especially about what activities to be featured at the Mall, these activities , predominatly for kids would be paramount in attracting sustainable foot traffic.

I was at Pattaya on a weekend trip recently, visited Cartoon Network water theme park and their water activities is a huge draw.
Cartoon Network water theme park ( Opened in 2014)is similar to the Splash Jungle in Phuket featuring water rides and slides but capitalizing on the Cartoon Network characters. On the day I went there was over 2000 people in the mid afternoon.
