- l'autorisation de mise sur le marché vietnamien d'un produit alimentaire contenant des additifs est-elle attachée au produit et bénéficie-t-elle en conséquence à tous ses fabricants et distributeurs successifs ?

- si non, l'autorisation peut-elle être commodément cédée et selon quelles modalités et à quelles conditions ?

Je ne connais pas la législation vietnamienne actuelle sur ces points. Aurais-tu la gentillesse de me dire ce qu'il en est et de m'indiquer les références en la matière ?
