การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์จัดเก็บจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร กรณีศึกษาสาขาวิชาระบบสารสนเทศและคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ ศูนย์สุพรรณบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ปัจจุบันมีระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร ซึ่ง เปิด-ปิดให้ทำการแนบเอกสารเป็นเวลา การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบงานจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร เพื่อวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบงานจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร เพื่อพัฒนาระบบงานจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากรเพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบงานจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร ที่พัฒนาขึ้นแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็นสี่ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่หนึ่งใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ ขั้นตอนที่สองใช้แผนภาพกระแสข้อมูล(Data flow Diagram)และแผนภาพความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูล (ER Diagram) ขั้นตอนที่สาใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 และ MySQL และขั้นตอนที่สี่ใช้แบบสอบถามที่รวบรวมข้อมูลจาผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านระบบสารสนเทศ แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ผลการศึกษาจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากร พบว่าการจัดเก็บเอกสารนอกช่วงเวลาแนบเอกสารบุคลากรจะจัดเก็บเอกสารไว้ในแฟ้มอาจทำให้เอกสารสูญหาย ผลการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาระงานของบุคลากรพบว่า ระบบนี้ประกอบด้วยสอง กระบวนการสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ ได้แก่ กระบวนการเข้าระบบ กระบวนการจัดการแฟ้มข้อมูลหลัก และกระบวนดูรายงานและดาวน์โหลด ส่วนกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูลหัวข้อเรื่องตามภาระงานการจัดการข้อมูลการแนบเอกสาร เป็นกระบวนการที่ผู้ใช้งานระบบใช้งานเป็นผู้จัดทำ ผลการพัฒนาระบบนี้ พบว่า ระบบสามารถทำงานในเครือข่ายออนไลน์ได้มีรูปแบบที่ใช้งานได้ดี อยู่ในระดับดีและมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า 4.00
