Jenis penelitian ini adalah Library

Jenis penelitian ini adalah Library Riseacrh (Kajian Pustaka) dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis berdasarkan literatur terkait. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti menggunakan teknik (studi pustaka). Pengumpulan data dengan teknik dokumen dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan data terkait yang dimuat dalam dokumen-dokumen berupa buku-buku tentang Wakaf, hasil penelitian berupa skripsi, tesis, disertasi maupun penelitian lain yang tidak diterbitkan. Peneliti juga mengambil literatur-literatur lainnya sebagai data sekunder yang mempunyai kaitan dengan studi pembahasan skripsi ini. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu; Identifikasi data, Reduksi data, dan Editing. Sedangkan Analisis Data yaitu analisis data kualitatif.

Results (English) 1:

This type of research is Riseacrh Library (Reader Review) using the judicial approach based on the relevant literature. The source of the data in this study is the researchers used a technique (literature). The collection of data by technical documents intended to collect relevant data contained in documents such as books on Endowments, the results in the form of thesis, dissertation or other research that is not published. Researchers also took literature as secondary data that is concerned with the study of the discussion of this thesis. Data processing method in this research; Identification of data, data reduction, and Editing. While data analysis is the analysis of qualitative data.

This type of research is Library RISEACRH (literature review) using a juridical approach based on related literature. The data sources in this study are researchers using techniques (library studies). Data collection with document technique is intended to collect related data contained in documents in the form of books on Waqf, research results in the form of a thesis, thesis, dissertation and other research that is not published. Researchers have also taken other literature as secondary data in relation to the study of this thesis. The data processing methods in this study are; Data identification, data reduction, and Editing. While Data analysis is qualitative data analysis.
