การรับสมัครสอบ

-สมัคร 26 สิงหาคม - 16 กันยายน 2558 ผ่านเว็บ และชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัครที่ธนาคารกรุงไทย

- นำเอกสารและหลักฐานไปยื่นในวันสอบข้อเขียน ได้แก่

1. ใบสมัครที่พิมพ์จากอินเทอร์เน็ต ติดรูปถ่ายหน้าตรง 1 x 1.5 นิ้ว ลงลายมือชื่อในใบสมัครให้ครบถ้วน

2. สําเนาระเบียนแสดงผลการเรียนรวมทุกภาคการศึกษาที่ผ่านมาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จํานวน 1 ชุด

3. หนังสือรับรองความประพฤติและความเหมาะสมในการสมัครรับทุนจากครูใหญ่ อาจารย์ใหญ่หรือผู้อํานวยการโรงเรียน (ตามแบบฟอร์ม สนง. ก.พ. 1)

4. สําเนาทะเบียนบ้าน หรือสูติบัตร หรือสําเนาบัตรประจําตัวประชาชน อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง จํานวน 1 ชุด
