NGHIỆM THU VÀ BẢO HÀNH
5.1. Trong vòng 03 (ba) ngày kể từ ngày Bên B bàn giao, thi công và lắp đặt xong các thiết bị cho Bên A, hai bên sẽ phối hợp cùng nhau tiến hành kiểm tra lắp đặt, vận hành và nghiệm thu.
5.2. Bên B sẽ phát hành và gửi Biên bản nghiệm thu toàn bộ các công việc cho Bên A. Biên bản nghiệm thu phải được Đại diện có thẩm quyền chính thức của hai bên ký.
5.3. Bên B có trách nhiệm bảo hành toàn bộ thiết bị là 12 tháng ( Chậm nhất trong thời gian 12 giờ để tiến hành sử lý khi có sự cố xảy ra ). Trong suốt thời gian bảo hành, Bên B sẽ bảo đảm sửa chữa hay thay thế miễn phí các thiết bị hư hỏng do lỗi từ phía nhà sản xuất. Những thiết bị thay thế hoặc sửa chữa có cùng điều kiện bảo hành và thời gian bảo hành như những thiết bị ban đầu.
5.4. Bên B được miễn trách nhiệm bảo hành trong các trường hợp sau:
 Bên A tự ý sửa chữa làm hư hỏng vật tư, phụ kiện.
 Sự cố về sét đánh, sốc điện, thiên tai, côn trùng cắn phá.
 Bên A không vận hành, bảo quản máy móc, không đảm bảo các yêu cầu về an toàn kỹ thuật trong quá trình sử dụng do không tuân theo các hướng dẫn sử dụng của nhà sản xuất.
Trường hợp này Bên A phải chịu 100% chi phí để khắc phục sự cố.

The repair or replacement equipment have the same warranty conditions and warranty period as the original equipment.5.4. the Parties B are exempt from warranty responsibilities in the following cases: party A initiate the repair of damaged materials, accessories. the problem about electric shock, lightning, natural disasters, the insect bite.  party A does not operate, maintenance of machinery, not to ensure the technical safety requirements during use do not conform to the manual of the manufacturer.In this case A Party must bear 100% of the cost to fix the problem.

ACCEPTANCE AND WARRANTY
5.1. Within three (03) days of party B consoles, constructed and installed the equipment for Party A, the two sides will work together to conduct test installation, commissioning and acceptance.
5.2. Party B will issue and send the whole acceptance record work for Party A. acceptance record must be authorized Representatives of the two sides formally signed.
5.3. Party B is responsible for all equipment warranty is 12 months (at the latest within 12 hours to conduct the treatment when the problem occurred). During the warranty period, Party B will ensure repair or replace the device free of damage caused by an error from the manufacturer. The equipment replaced or repaired with the same warranty conditions and the warranty period as the original device.
5.4. Party B is responsible for the warranty in the following cases:
 Party A voluntarily repair damaged supplies and accessories.
 Incident lightning, electric shocks, natural disasters, insect bites out.
 Inside A non-operating, storage machines, does not guarantee the required safety techniques used in the process by not following the instructions of the manufacturer to use.
