ข้อ ๑ ให้ยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่อง มาตรฐานอาหารด้านจุลินทรีย์ที่ทำให้เกิดโรค
ลงวันที่ ๑๐ กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒
ข้อ ๒ อาหารตามบัญชีหมายเลข 1 ท้ายประกาศนี้ ต้องไม่มีจุลินทรีย์ที่ทำให้เกิดโรค
เว้นแต่จุลินทรีย์ที่ทำให้เกิดโรคตามชนิดและปริมาณที่ระบุไว้ในบัญชีหมายเลข 2 และบัญชีหมายเลข 3
ท้ายประกาศนี้
ข้อ ๓ ประกาศนี้ไม่ใช้บังคับกับผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร วัตถุเจือปนอาหาร และอาหารอื่น
ซึ่งได้มีประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนดชนิดและปริมาณจุลินทรีย์ที่ทำให้เกิดโรคไว้โดยเฉพาะ
ข้อ ๔ ประกาศนี้ให้ใช้บังคับถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
