ข้อ 5 ผู้รับจ้างตกลงจะปฎิบัติดังต่อไปนี้
5.1 ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้างเมือได้รับชำระเงิน
5.2จะมอบหมายงานให้แกพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมเท่านั้น
5.3จะตรวจสอบการปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
5.4ควบคุมและตรวจตราพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นประจำ
5.5จัดหาพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยอื่นมาแทน กรณีที่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ได้รับมอบหมายไม่มาปฎิบัติหนัาที่
5.6พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย จะต้องแต่งกายตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้าง หรือผู้รับจ้างกำหนดขึ้น ตามความเหมาะสมกับสถานที่ ผู้รับจ้างจะจัดหาเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ประจำตัว ในขณะปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานรักษาความปอดภัย ตลอดจนอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียน สิ่งตีพิมพ์ ยกเว้น เครื่องมือดับเพลิง เครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อาวุธปืน เอกสารควบคุมการเข้า ออกและอื่นๆที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจำหนดขึ้นเป็นพิเศษ ซึ่งผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องเป็นผู้จัดการให้
