a) Nếu Bên A không thực hiện nghĩa

a) Nếu Bên A không thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng này, không tạm ứng, thanh toán theo Điều 7 đã thoả thuận trong Hợp đồng này quá 28 Ngày sau khi thông báo cho Bên A, Bên B có thể sẽ tạm ngừng công việc (hoặc giảm tỷ lệ công việc).

a) If A Party does not perform the obligations under this contract, no advance payments, according to the article 7 agreed in this contract so 28 days after the notice to party A, party B will probably suspend the work (or to reduce the rate of work).

Results (English) 2:

a) If Party A does not perform its obligations under this Agreement, no advance payment agreed upon in accordance with Article 7 of this Agreement after the 28 day notice to Party A, Party B may suspend the work (or reduce the rate of work).

Results (English) 3:

If in a non performance contract obligations, no advance payment, in accordance with the contract agreement in 7 after more than 28 days notice in A, B may temporarily stop working (or falling rate of work).
