Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Văn Cao làm việc với Tập đoàn Kaiokai – Nhật Bản
Sáng 14/9, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Văn Cao chủ trì làm việc với Tập đoàn Kaiokai - Nhật Bản để thảo luận về Kế hoạch thúc đẩy sáng kiến chiến lược kinh tế tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Cùng dự có Phó Chủ tịch UBND Nguyễn Văn Phương và lãnh đạo các sở, ban, ngành liên quan.
Tại buổi làm việc, ông Ishizuka Goro, Chủ tịch Tập đoàn Kaiokai trình bày tóm tắt Kế hoạch thúc đẩy sáng kiến chiến lược kinh tế tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế do tập Tập đoàn Kaiokai dự thảo với mục tiêu xây dựng nền kinh tế tự lập và phát triển cho tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Theo đó, Kế hoạch sẽ tập trung triển khai chính sách đáp ứng đặc trưng thị trường; nâng cấp cơ sở hạ tầng mang tính chiến lược; xúc tiến triển khai các ngành nghề mang tính tích cực cho các doanh nghiệp tư nhân; đẩy mạnh cơ chế xúc tiến với việc đề xuất 96 dự án cụ thể ứng với 5 chiến lược trọng điểm, 4 chiến lược phát triển công nghiệp và 5 kỹ năng thúc đẩy.
Trên cơ sở dự thảo Kế hoạch và ý tưởng hợp tác của Tập đoàn Kaiokai, đại diện lãnh đạo các sở, ban, ngành trong tỉnh đã tiến hành thảo luận và cho ý kiến về các hạng mục như: quy hoạch KTT Chân Mây - Lăng Cô; năng lượng hydro; đào tạo công nghệ thông tin; công nghệ xử lý môi trường; công nghệ bảo quản thực phẩm; phát triển khu đô thị biển Thuận An; suối nước nóng Mỹ An; xích lô điện..,
Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Văn Cao đánh giá cao kết quả nghiên cứu chuyên sâu và các đề xuất của Tập đoàn Kaiokai trong Kế hoạch này; đồng thời cam kết cùng với Tập đoàn tiếp tục nghiên cứu, cố gắng triển khai các dự án trên địa bàn tỉnh. Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh nhấn mạnh, đây là một chiến lược dài hạn, nên cần xem xét, chọn lựa một cách kỹ lưỡng những dự án có tính cụ thể, có tính khả thi để thực hiện. Tỉnh Thừa Thiên rất cần nguồn lực, công nghệ, sự liên kết, sự kêu gọi của Tập đoàn Kaiokai để tiến hành những dự án trong Kế hoạch.
Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh cũng yêu cầu các lãnh đạo sở, ban, ngành tích cực phối hợp, nghiên cứu để hỗ trợ Tập đoàn Kaiokai lựa chọn ra những dự án phù hợp để triên khai một cách nhanh nhất.

Thua Thien needed resources, technology, communication, and the calling of the Group Kaiokai to conduct projects in the Plan.
Chairman also asked the leaders of departments and branches to actively coordinate case study to support the Group Kaiokai select those projects suitable for deployment as quickly as possible.
