Responsibilities :-
Develop Sales Strategy and Planning.
Responsible for all sales activities and act as the key coordinator for the Company’s products.
Develop company’s sales force capabilities (skills, behavior, knowledge)
Enforce strong selling skills and other trainings associated to sales management skills
Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients at appropriate level. Able to produce sales as per target.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing team in providing adequate training and coaching
Coordinate with internal departments in order to carry smooth sales and marketing operations.
Requirements :-
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Age 30-39 years
At least 7 years of experience in Property sales, especially in Luxurious Condominium.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Ability to develop & deliver presentation.
Possess excellent coordination, convincing, and negotiation skills
Strong in building client relationship. Good in presenting products and services to clients
Good command of both spoken and written English
