14- Nos últimos 17 anos temos tratado todos os tipos de craniossinosteses, 15- obtendo resultados satisfatórios e duradouros em qualquer idade.16- Quando se faz necessário além do ganho de área óssea também a remodelagem do defeito secundário, e o osso já perdeu sua maleabilidade, praticamos osteotomias helicoidais em forma de Náutilus, também com descolamento ósseo mínimo. Elas permitem a distribuição das força das molas através do saco dural, e 17- nos dão a liberdade de remodelar crânios adultos que 18- não teriam opção de tratamento 19- pelas técnicas convencionais.
