I. Le code du tourisme
L’ordonnance n° 2004-1391 du 20 décembre 2004 relative à la partie législative du Code du Tourisme a été publiée au Journal Officiel du 24 décembre 2004. Le Code du Tourisme rassemble les règles de droit applicables au secteur du tourisme. Il met également à la disposition des utilisateurs un instrument lisible et clair facilitant l’accessibilité au droit du tourisme, conformément à l’objectif de valeur constitutionnelle d’accessibilité et d’intelligibilité de la loi.
Les décrets n° 2006-1228 et n° 2006-1229 du 6 octobre 2006, tous deux relatifs à la partie réglementaire du code du Tourisme, achèvent la codification du droit du tourisme.
