Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen..Zimmer sind nur einbischen zu klein aber Einrichtungen waren alle in typischen novotel standard!!! Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...ganz wichtiger Punkt ist, bitte arbeitet nicht mit den lokalen Taxi Fahrer...mann merkt und wir alle wissen, daß sie zusammen arbeiten..ich bestellte mehrmals bei der Reception ein meter taxi und immer weigerte sich der Fahrer den taxometer abzuschalten und wir mussten immer ein sehr hohen Preis dafür bezahlen...mann fühlt sich richtig verarscht, nicht vom Taxifahrer sondern von Hotelpersonal!!! Bin nicht das erste mal im Bangkok und weiss wie es hier abläuft...von Novotel hätte ich es nicht erwartet!

Our stay very liked us... Rooms are just a little too small but facilities were all in typical novotel standard! Staff all very friendly and hilfsbereit...ganz is important point, please work with the local taxi Fahrer...mann notes and we all know that they work together... I ordered a meter taxi several times at the reception and always the drivers refused to turn off the taxometer and we always had a very high price for this bezahlen...mann feels properly fucked, not by the taxi driver but by hotel staff! Am not the first time in Bangkok and not expected to do as it would abläuft...von Novotel here I know!

Staff ... very important point is all very friendly and helpful, do not work with the local taxi drivers ... man noted and we all know that she ordered together arbeiten..ich several times at the Reception a meter taxi and always refused the taximeter off and we always had to pay a very high price for it ... man feels really ripped, not the taxi drivers but of staff, the driver !!! I'm not the first time in Bangkok and know how it's going on here ... Novotel I would not expect it!
