Ngày 11/03/2015, chúng tôi có báo cho bạn có một dị vật trong phin lọc SV3 tại công trình 114MHD.
Chúng tôi vẫn chưa nhận được phản hồi về việc này.
Hiện nay dàn nóng có dị vật này có hiện tượng hư máy nén.

Cụ thể lịch sử tổ 01 như Sau:

- Ngày 6/9/2014 thì đưa vào sử dụng.
- Ngày 27/2/2015 thì dan nóng Slave 1 AJH108LALH sr: T200128 báo lỗi E94. Sau đó reset lại, kiểm tra máy nén vẫn còn hoạt động, sau đó đã đề nghị THD có phương án vệ sinh, kiểm tra phin lọc.
- Ngày 9/3/2015, đã tiến hành kiểm tra phin lọc SV3 ở dàn nóng thì thấy phin lọc có bẩn và dị vật kim loại.
- Ngày 16/4/2015: sau khi vệ sinh phin lọc dàn nóng, van tiết lưu dàn lạnh, thổi nito áp lực cao vệ sinh ống đồng, đi dây tín hiệu đúng chuẩn thì tiến hành cho máy hoạt động lại nhưng ở chế độ theo dõi.
- Máy hoạt động đến nay thì bị báo lỗi lại, và có hiện tượng đóng ngắt máy nén.
