ผู้วิจัยได้จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะ ซึ่งมีกระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการจัด
ทำอย่างเป็นระบบ และมีความละเอียดชัดเจน ตามแนวทางและวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ ดูได้จากงานวิจัยที่มีตัวอย่างและแผนภาพแสดงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเขียนทั้งก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ซึ่งนักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเขียนหลังเรียนดีขึ้นแสดงว่างานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีประสิทธิภาพ ที่สำคัญงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้สามารถหาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือได้ เนื่องจากได้ผ่านการประเมินความถูกต้องและเหมาะสมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้สมบูรณ์ตามคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ก่อนนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งจะเกิดผลดีกับนักเรียน เพราะจะทำให้นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นขั้นตอนตามรูปแบบของการเรียน ทำให้สามารถพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
