ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องทำการสอบสวนหาข้อเท็จจริงและเห็นว่าผู้ต้องสงสัยจะรบกวนการสอบสวน หรือเพื่อความเป็นธรรมระหว่างสอบสวน บริษัทฯ จะให้พนักงานที่ต้องสงสัยพักงานคราวละไม่เกิน 7 วัน โดยจ่ายค่าจ้างให้ 50% ของค่าจ้างปกติ หากสอบสวนแล้วพบว่าผู้ต้องสงสัยไม่มีความผิด บริษัทฯ จะจ่ายค่าจ้างส่วนที่ขาดให้ครบตามค่าจ้างปกติที่ได้รับ
