Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Bachroni (2011) bahwa perubahan kohesivitas kelompok pada karyawan disebabkan oleh pembentukan tim yang baik dengan pemahamn setiap karyawan mengetahui tujuan secara bersama serta menyadari pentingnya tim dalam pencapaian kelompok. Begitu juga pada penelitian Sugadhi (2014) bahwa pembentukan tim dapat meningkatkan kohesivitas kelompok pada karaywan. Pemberian pemahaman tentang materi pembentukan tim merupakan salam satu proses meningkatnya kohesivitas dalam kelompok.
