Μετά ταύτα και αφου διαπιστώθηκε ότι υφίσταται απαρτία καθόσον παρίστανται στην παρούσα Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση Μέτοχοι που εκπροσωπούν το 100% του Μετοχικού Κεφαλαίου της εταιρείας, η Γενική Συνέλευση εισήλθε στο μοναδικό θέμα της ημερήσιας διάταξης αφού προηγούμενα αποφάσισε παμψηφεί και ομόφωνα ότι δεν γεννάται κανένα θέμα από την μη τήρηση διαδικασιών καθ΄ όσον στην παρούσα Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση παρίσταται το σύνολο (100%) των μετόχων και δεν υπάρχει καμία αντίρρηση, τουναντίον αποφασίζεται η λήψη όλων των αποφάσεων στα θέματα της ημερήσιας διάταξης
