The Board Of Directors are committed to building and implementing effective quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standards, and continually improve the validity of quality management system through the following form:-Always define the customer satisfaction is a prerequisite for the existence and development of the company, inform the company of the importance to meet fully the requirements of the customer and of the law;-Public awareness training on quality management system for the whole staff, retraining when necessary or when there is a change in the organizational structure;-Always have the strategic vision on the development of the company, set up a quality policy which stated the company's development direction and the ways to achieve this;-Set quality targets suitable for each year, each period to ensure and implement the quality policy has been announced;-Common quality policy as well as the quality objectives through meetings, in the documents of the company as well as under other appropriate forms;-Ensure the departments affiliated to the feature set of consistent quality goals, the proposed action plan is needed, contribute to the general objective of the completion of the whole company;-Organization of internal quality assessment in order to detect the points not yet fit the system to the timely implementation of corrective action, the prevention and improvement;-Periodically conducted the review of leadership for the whole of the quality management system;-Meet the demands on the resources necessary to implement the policy and quality goals.
