7. Trường hợp bên B thực hiện không đúng tiến độ như ở khoản 6.1 và 6.2 mà không do mưa bảo, lũ lụt, động đất, cháy nổ thì bên B bị phạt 0,5% ngày /giá trị hợp đồng/ số ngày chậm trễ nhưng không vượt quá 12 % giá trị hợp đồng.
