Cứu sống bệnh nhân xuất huyết não kèm suy thận giai đoạn cuối

(SGGP).- Bệnh viện Quốc tế Phúc An Khang cho biết vừa cứu sống ông  N.V.G. (55 tuổi, ngụ TPHCM) trong tình trạng hôn mê sâu, bị xuất huyết não và suy thận giai đoạn cuối.
Trước đó, bệnh nhân G. đã được điều trị tại một bệnh viện đa khoa của thành phố nhưng do bệnh tình quá nặng, đang trong lúc chạy thận thì bị xuất huyết não, không đáp ứng thở, toàn thân tím tái nên được các bác sĩ tư vấn gia đình đưa về nhà lo hậu sự. Tuy nhiên, “còn nước còn tát”, gia đình đã đưa bệnh nhân đến Bệnh viện Quốc tế Phúc An Khang. Để xử lý tình trạng nguy cấp của bệnh nhân, các bác sĩ đã sử dụng máy thở để kiểm soát đường hô hấp, dùng kháng sinh phối hợp điều trị nhiễm trùng, kiểm soát huyết áp, đường máu, phối hợp cùng đơn vị chạy thận nhân tạo để cân bằng nước điện giải… Hiện bệnh nhân dần hồi phục, tỉnh táo, được cai máy thở và cho thở tự nhiên, tình trạng nhiễm trùng thuyên giảm và bệnh nhân có thể tiếp xúc nói chuyện với người thân.
