3 - Loại đất phù sa sông Hồng có tầng loang lổ không được bồi lắng, màu đất nâu nhạt, tầng phù sa mỏng, thành phần cơ giới từ trung bình đến nặng, bị sét hoá mạnh, chất hữu cơ phân huỷ chậm thường bị chua, cần được cải tạo.
Trong đó, chủ yếu là đất phù sa Glây của hệ thống sông Hồng (Phg) chiếm tỷ lệ diện tích lớn nhất.
