Mẫu đất khô được chiết bằng hỗn hợp axit clohidric/nitric bằng cách để yên 16h ở nhiệt độ phòng, sau đó đun sôi dưới dòng đối lưu trong 2 h. Lọc chất chiết được và thêm đủ thể tích bằng axit nitric. Hàm lượng kim loại vết của dịch chiết có thể được xác định theo [1] trong phụ lục A

The dry soil samples were extracted with a mixture of nitric acid/clohidric by the way to quiet the 16 h at room temperature, then boil under convection in 2 h. Filter extracts and add sufficient volume with nitric acid. Trace metal concentrations of the extracts can be defined according to [1] in Appendix A

Dry soil sample was extracted with a mixture of hydrochloric acid / nitric by let stand at room temperature for 16 hours, then boiled under convection in 2 h. Filter extract and add volume with nitric acid. Trace metal content of the extract can be determined according to [1] in Annex A
