و قد اجازت المادة 52 من قانون تنظيم

و قد اجازت المادة 52 من قانون تنظيم المدن و القرى و الابنية للجنة التنظيم المحلية او اللوائية فرض عوائد تنظيم خاصة على اي منطقة تنظيم تابعة لها او اي قسم من تلك المنطقة شريطة مراعاة ما يلي:
