Nếu người lao động muốn nghỉ việc thì người lao động báo trước 03 ( ba) ngày. Người sử dụng lao động đánh giá kết quả làm việc, không vi phạm gì thì được tính lương ra theo ngày. Nhưng làm một tuần nghỉ thì không có lương.
