Dans le cas où l'aéroport soit sanctionné, que ce soit de manière exclusive ou solidaire, à cause d’actions ou d’omissions du concessionnaire ou de ses entreprises sous-traitées, le concessionnaire aura l'obligation de payer à l'Aéroport le montant prévu par la sanction, sans préjudice des actions légales qui pourraient lui correspondre postérieurement.

Where the airport is sanctioned, either exclusive or interdependent manner, due to actions or omissions of the concessionaire or its subcontracted companies, dealer will be required to pay at the airport the amount under the sanction, without prejudice to legal actions which could match later.

In the event that the airport be punished, either exclusively or integrally, due to actions or omissions of the concessionaire or its companies subcontracted, the dealer will be required to pay at the Airport the amount provided by the sanction, without prejudice to legal actions which could match him later.
