По мнению автора, категория «социальная компетентность» системна по своему характеру, т.е. представляет собой целостность функционально-содержательных компонентов и психологических характеристик, обладающую интегративным свойством (рис.1.). Социальная компетентность не является спектральным набором определенных компетенций, а представляет собой сложную иерархическую систему взаимосвязанных, трансформирующихся во времени компетенций [7, с.5].
1.1. Обзор литературы. Единого принятого определения социальной компетентности нет, поэтому часто выделяют отдельные задачи, которые решаются с использованием данного конструкта: способность индивида эффективно и адекватно разрешать различные проблемные ситуации, с которыми он сталкивается; эффективность индивида в повседневном взаимодействии со своим окружением; способность пользоваться ресурсами социального окружения и личностными ресурсами с целью достижения хороших результатов; способность эффективно участвовать в сложных межличностных взаимодействиях, понимая и используя других людей.
