Thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx, tại cơ sở của Vietinbank.
Tôi đã được đại diện của Vietinbank phổ biến các nội quy quy định về an toàn bảo mật thông tin của Vietinbank như sau:
1. Nội quy nơi làm việc tại Vietinbank:
- Thời gian làm việc theo yêu cầu của dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx;
- Luôn luôn đeo thẻ giao dịch được cấp khi đến làm việc tại Vietinbank;
- Không tự ý đến các khu vực làm việc khác trừ khi theo sự yêu cầu của dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx và có sự giám sát hỗ trợ của cán bộ Vietinbank;
- Không để đồ ăn, thức uống trên bàn làm việc;
- Không hút thuốc, tàng trữ các chất nổ, ma túy, các hàng hóa thuộc danh mục bị cấm tại nơi làm việc;
- Không được phép sử dụng máy tính xách tay cá nhân, các thiết bị lưu trữ lưu động, kết nối vào mạng của Vietinbank khi chưa được phép của ĐVĐM.

2. Bảo vệ tài sản của Vietinbank:
- Chỉ sử dụng các tài sản do Vietinbank trang cấp cho mục đích thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Giữ gìn, bảo quản tài sản của Vietinbank trong quá trình thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Sử dụng các tài khoản trên các hệ thống CNTT theo quy định: Giữ bí mật tài khoản được cấp, chỉ sử dụng tài khoản trong phạm vi quyền hạn được cấp cho mục đích thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Không cố gắng truy cập sang các hệ thống khác hoặc mở rộng quyền hạn trên hệ thống CNTT khi không được sự đồng ý của Vietinbank.
- Các nội dung khác (liệt kê cụ thể nếu có).
3. Bảo mật thông tin
- Chỉ sử dụng các thông tin được cung cấp hoặc được tiếp cận của Vietinbank cho mục đích thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Không sử dụng hoặc tiết lộ thông tin được cung cấp hoặc được tiếp cận của Vietinbank cho tổ chức, cá nhân nào không liên quan đến việc thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Có trách nhiệm bảo vệ các thông tin trong khi sử dụng, lưu trữ, truyền tải trước các hành động truy cập, sử dụng trái phép.
4. Trao đổi thông tin:
- Chỉ trao đổi thông tin với những người liên quan đến dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx và với mục đích thực hiện dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx.
- Không khai thác các thông tin của Vietinbank không liên quan đến dự án: Cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hệ thống Intellinx trong quá trình thực hiện án.
5. Thỏa thuận bảo mật thông tin giữa hai bên (nếu có)
