b. Kurang respek atau kurang peduli mahasiswa dalam mencari tahu seluk beluk suatu permasalahan yang ada atau isu sosial yang dijadikan bahan ajar.

c. Kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai isu yang terjadi di masyarakat.

d. Kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa tentang pentingnya mempelajari dan memahami proses pembelajaran sosiologi dalam pembelajaran portofolio.

e. Adanya sikap individualistis dalam diri mahasiswa yang mengakibatkan mengabaikan kepentingan orang lain sehingga menurunnya rasa kepedulian sosial.
