In this simulation, system step response was studied.Suppose unite step signal r 1 was added to the system. Tovalidate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, theproposed FSPSMC was compared with a Smith predictor PIDwith feedforward compensation control, which can beobtained by substituting SMC in Fig. 2 by PID. Theparameters of these two control algorithms were listed inTable I.
