Berdasarkan hasil uji beda Mann-Whitney U Test yang dilakukan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol saat prates, pascates, dan tindak lanjut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal untuk meningkatkan kohesivtias kelompok pada karyawan Hotel X Yogyakarta, diterima. Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang diberikan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kohesivtias kelompok pada karyawan.

Results (English) 1:

Based on the results of different trials of Mann-Whitney U Test conducted between the experimental and the control group when prates, pascates, and follow up then it can be inferred that the research hypothesis that States there is an influence of interpersonal communication training to enhance employee group at kohesivtias X Hotel Yogyakarta, accepted. Interpersonal communication training provided proved to be able to increase the kohesivtias Group on the employee.

Based on the test results of Mann-Whitney U Test performed between the experimental group and the control group when the pre-test, post-test and follow-up it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states there are significant training interpersonal communication to improve kohesivtias group of employees Hotel X of Yogyakarta, is accepted. Interpersonal communication training given proven to increase kohesivtias group of employees.
