RAS sur l'emplacement qui est vraiment excellent á Bangkok ( sky train en face , enorme centre commercial a 10 mn á pied , 40 mn de l'aeroport ....) .... Bon Ok mais ... lors de notre enregistrement sur internet nous avions réservé 1 chambre pour 4 ... Or , á l'arrivée nous étions dans une chambre pour 2 et un minuscule lit d'appoint ... Super ! Nous demandons á la receptionniste ( dont nous comprenions absolument rien á son anglais ! ) de nous changer de chambre ... Aprés maintes et maintes incompréhensions , nous disposons d'une nouvelle chambre soit disant pour 4 ... Et bien non il y avait un sofa , un lit d'appoint et un lit double !!! ... Nous sommes redescendu voir la receptioniste et elle nous dit qu'il FAUT PAYE UN SUPPLEMENT POUR LE LIT SUPPLEMENTAIRE !!! ...nous demandons á voir le responsable qui nous confirme les dire de celle-ci ! Lassés aprés d'innombrables va et vient au sein de l'hotel, fatigués par 15 h de voyages ( plus décalage horaire ) et vraiment vraiment DEÇUS d'un tel acceuil dans un hotel du GROUPE ACCORD : pris au piège nous finimes par payer !! SURVEILLER BIEN VOS RESERVATIONS sinon vous passerez á la caisse comme nous ...
