今年2回目の滞在となったNovotel Hotel Bangkokだが

今年2回目の滞在となったNovotel Hotel Bangkokだが、前回の方がサービスなど、全てにおいて快適だった。今回は5泊したが、フロント、ベッドメイク、朝食レストラン共、笑顔、サービスが少なく寂しい感じだった。救いは、ドアマン、ガードマンの方達の笑顔と挨拶がきちんとしていて気持ち良かった事かな。次回に期待します。
