ดังนั้นเพื่อให้การทำงานของศูนย์อำนวยการเตรียมความพร้อมการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมจึงขอความอนุเคราะห์ให้ประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนดำเนินการ ดังนี้
1.มอบหมายผู้ประสานงานของประเทศของท่าน อย่างน้อย 2 คน โดยขอให้แจ้งข้อมูล ยศ ชื่อ สกุล ตำแหน่ง ภาพถ่าย และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ติดต่อได้ ส่งให้ประเทศไทยภายในวันที่ XX พ.ค.58 เพื่อจะได้ใช้ในการติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างประเทศอย่างใกล้ชิด
