Xã hội hóa giáo dục – cần có sự hỗ trợ tích cực hơn của nhà nước

Trong những năm qua, công tác xã hội hóa giáo dục luôn được tỉnh

Thanh Hóa quan tâm đẩy mạnh, qua đó đã huy động được nguồn lực đáng

kể trong xã hội để đầu tư cho lĩnh vực được xem là quốc sách hàng đầu này.

Tuy nhiên, để xã hội hóa giáo dục tiếp tục đạt được kết quả tốt hơn, rất cần

có những chính sách khuyến khích, hỗ trợ tích cực hơn của các cấp chính

quyền.

Sau hơn 10 năm thực hiện xã hội hóa giáo dục, toàn tỉnh đã huy động

được hàng trăm tỷ đồng từ các doanh nghiệp, cá nhân để đầu tư, thành lập

các trường tư thục ở tất cả các bậc học từ mầm non đến trung học phổ thông.

Kết quả này không chỉ góp phần làm giảm quá tải ở các trường học trong

điều kiện ngân sách nhà nước còn hạn hẹp, mà còn có tác động tích cực

trong việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đại trà. Bởi vì hầu hết các trường tư

thục đều được đầu tư theo hướng chất lượng cao cả về cơ sở vật chất, đội

ngũ cán bộ quản lý, giáo viên và chương trình giảng dạy.

Tuy nhiên, có một thực tế là: việc đầu tư xây dựng các trường tư thục

chủ yếu mới chỉ diễn ra trên địa bàn thành phố Thanh Hóa. Còn ở khu vực

nông thôn kết quả còn rất hạn chế, vì khu vực này không có những lợi thế

đem lại hiệu quả kinh tế cho nhà đầu tư. Hiện tại, trường mầm non Vietkids

đang đầu tư xây dựng cơ sở 2 tại địa bàn xã Hải Bình, huyện Tĩnh Gia, với

tổng vốn dự kiến lên đến 42 tỷ đồng. Mặc dù chính quyền địa phương rất

ủng hộ và giúp đỡ nhiều mặt, nhưng trong quá trình đầu tư, doanh nghiệp

vẫn gặp không ít khó khăn:

dục, đặc biệt là chính sách hỗ trợ về đất đai. Tuy nhiên, để xã hội hóa giáo

dục đạt được kết quả cao hơn, cần có thêm những chính sách đủ mạnh, giúp

các nhà đầu tư tháo gỡ các khó khăn vướng mắc khi triển khai các dự án,
