วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมบริกา

วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ โรงพยาบาลกงหรา จังหวัดพัทลุง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้รับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลกงหรา จังหวัดพัทลุง จำนวน 343 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ระหว่าง วันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2555 – 14 กันยายน 2555 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ ข้อคำถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 3 ระดับ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นอื่นๆ โดยแบบสอบถามเหล่านี้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากแพทย์และพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยนำแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
