Employee 2442907 has some unexplained issue on 2015/4/5 where the Scheduled Day Time Calculation Tag is not generated. I could enter the same data on 2015/8/23 and the Time Calculations are generated correctly. The Skill Allowance is 5 THB. May I know why the expected results would be 15 THB instead? I did see that the employee is in 2SKI1 & Level 2 and 2SKI2 & Level 1. Is this a mistake? Because I think the original Time Tracking consultant expected that the employee is eligible for one Skill Allowance at a time.
Employee 2003253 is not receiving his skill allowance on 2015/5/14 because the hours reported are from 5:00 pm – 7:25 am (next day). Since we have moved from using Time Day to Time Shift in the Time Entry Template, his hours worked is only calculated towards the first day, 2015/5/13, but not the second day, 2015/5/14. This matches with your expected results. The Work Schedule Calendar the employee is eligible for as of 2015/5/13, (HGST) Thailand_2PAT1D, has a Day breaker of midnight (12:00 am), causes some irregularity with the Shift assignment, so we see that some hours are tagged as Shift E on 2015/5/13, and Shift C on 2015/5/14.
Employee 2414107 is receiving an incorrect skill allowance of 6 units instead of the expected 3 units is because the Clock In and Out Time do not match any of the patterns on the auto roster table. The employee reported 9:00 am – 1:01 am (next day), and it does not match any of the patterns given.
