Unter dem freien Himmel der Landschaft ins Wesen geschaut, so malt Frank Suplie (*1950), ein Worpsweder Stipendiat und Meisterschüler von Prof. Fußmann. Wie alle Norddeutschen Realisten hat bei ihm das Motiv Vorrang, nie würde er etwas vernachlässigen. Er verwendet selten Grau oder Braun, verschmutzte Farben schon gar nicht; eher ist ein Pastellton vorherrschend, der dann, punktuell, hier und da, sich zu einem reinen Rot oder Gelb steigert. In dieser hellen Skala bewegt sich die Malerei des Frank Suplie - er beherrscht sie virtuos.

Seine Landschaftsimpressionen sind in vielen öffentlichen Sammlungen vertreten.

Like all North German Realists has in him the motive prevail, he would never neglect anything. He rarely used gray or brown, dirty colors certainly not; more of a pastel shade is predominant, then, selectively, to increases here and there to a pure red or yellow.
