(코드 묶음 문제, PCB 안착문제)

2. PCB의 스위치 센터 불량으로 인해 가운데 클릭이 되지 않음으로 인한 불량 발생

3. 스위치 하단 다리 길이에 의한 문제

4. PCB 휨에 의한 문제

5. PCB 자체를 클릭시 무거운 제품이 있음 : 입고검사 항목에 없음

업체에 확인이 필요합니다.

조립 후 부품문제인지 조립문제인지 판단이 모호함

6. 검토 요청안

1) 본사에 클릭감 측정기 1대 보유중

2) 개발시 관리 SPEC 결정 : 클릭율, STROKE, 하중

3) PCB 단품에서 클릭율 SPEC 결정, 조립품에서 클릭율 SPEC 따로 결정

(일반적으로 단품보다 조립품에서 클릭감이 떨어짐)

(KEYPAD의 경우 클릭율 40% 기준, 공차 20% 설정)

4) 양산시 AQL 실시

주기> 현재 PCB 스펙으로 STROKE가 0.2MM 이상으로 되어 있음

5) 거리상의 문제로 양산품 NG시 반품이 까다롭습니다

반품에 대한 기준도 모호하여 오해의 소지가 있습니다.
