This study aimed to identify the degree of empowerment to the practice of administrative directors general education schools in the city of Hafr al-Batin in the light of the following dimensions of empowerment: participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, personal development, motivation, development of creative behavior, also aimed to identify the obstacles to administrative empowerment with directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions, also sought to identify statistically significant differences between the study sample on the reality of the administrative empowerment among directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions due to the (experienced members of responses, Qualification, training courses). To achieve these goals, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for study, also used descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all school principals government public education in the city of Hafr al-Batin and their number is (132) by: (70) Director of the primary stage, and (36), director of the middle stage, and (26), director of the secondary stage.
