هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين التالية : المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات , تفويض السلطة , تطوير الشخصية , التحفيز , تنمية السلوك الإبداعي,كما هدفت إلى التعرف على معوقات التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين ,وسعت كذلك إلى التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين تعزى إلى (الخبرة , المؤهل العلمي, الدورات التدريبية). ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة كأداة لدراستها ,كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدارسة من جميع مديرات مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي في مدينة حفر الباطن ويبلغ عددهن (132) بواقع: (70) مديرة للمرحلة الابتدائية, و (36) مديرة للمرحلة المتوسطة,و (26) مديرة للمرحلة الثانوية.

Results (English) 1:

This study aimed to identify the degree of practice enable administrative directors general-education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the following dimensions of empowerment: participation in decision-making, empowerment, personal development, motivation, creative behavior, it also aimed to identify obstacles to enable administrative principals of general education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment, also sought to learn the differencesOf statistical significance between the responses of the study sample members about administrative empowerment of managers of public schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment are attributable to (experience, qualification, training courses). To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to study, also used the descriptive analytical. A community study of all directors general-education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin and numbered (132) by: (70) Director of the elementary school, and (36) Director of middle school, and (26) Director of the secondary school.

This study aimed to identify the degree of empowerment to the practice of administrative directors general education schools in the city of Hafr al-Batin in the light of the following dimensions of empowerment: participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, personal development, motivation, development of creative behavior, also aimed to identify the obstacles to administrative empowerment with directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions, also sought to identify statistically significant differences between the study sample on the reality of the administrative empowerment among directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions due to the (experienced members of responses, Qualification, training courses). To achieve these goals, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for study, also used descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all school principals government public education in the city of Hafr al-Batin and their number is (132) by: (70) Director of the primary stage, and (36), director of the middle stage, and (26), director of the secondary stage.

The purpose of this study was to investigate to what extent the practice of administrative empowerment to the managers of public schools in the city of sub drilling in the light of the empowerment dimensions: take part in resolutions, empowerment, motivation, and personality developmentThe development of innovative behavior, it also aimed at identifying the constraints of administrative empowerment to the managers of public schools in the city of sub drilling in the light of the empowerment dimensions,They also sought to identify statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members on the reality of administrative empowerment to the managers of public schools in the city of hafar al batin the light of the empowerment dimensions due to experience, academic qualification,The training courses). In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher used questionnaire as a tool for study, also used the descriptive analytical method.The population of the study all school principals of public education in the city of sub drilling there were (132) by: (70) the director, in the primary stage, and (36) director, for the intermediate, and (26) the director of the secondary phase.
