Eligibility:
• Full- or part-time, working at least 20 hours/week on a regular schedule (or less than 20 hours/week where required by local law)
• On the payroll in countries where the ESPP is offered
• Active on HR & Payroll systems at least one month prior to first day of the Offering Period (i.e. on or before March 31st & September 30th)
Offering periods last six months:
• 1 November thru 30 April
• 1 May thru 31 October
You may purchase no more than:
• 5,000 HP shares in any Offering Period, or
• U.S. $25,000 of stock in any calendar year (the limit applies to all participants)
Value of the plan is affected by stock price on the purchase date and/or fluctuation in foreign exchange rates.
