I'm worry about all information of HW that i have is totally correct or not.

Because, Even customer have new project. We have more additional equipment, who will collect serail number and send it to PIC to collect all data information for propose budget to customer in next year.
Now, I requested it from Vendor and support team to send Serial Number list information for me. And i verify each items one by one. Do we have another way to manage it better? please kindly suggestion.
