5. การลงโทษทางวินัย
พนักงานที่ฝ่าฝืนวินัยที่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม หรือวินัยที่ห้ามปฏิบัติข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง หรือหลายข้อรวมกัน บริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาลงโทษตามความเหมาะสม ดังต่อไปนี้
5.1. การตักเตือนด้วยวาจา โดยทำเป็นหนังสือไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
5.2. การพักงาน โดยไม่จ่ายค่าจ้าง มีระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 7 วัน
5.3. การตักเตือนเป็นหนังสือ
5.4. ตัดค่าจ้างไม่เกิน 10% ไม่เกิน 3 เดือน หรือลดตำแหน่ง(ไม่ลดเงินเดือน)
5.5. การเลิกจ้าง
