Tiếp tục triển khai Bộ Tài liệu Văn hóa doanh nghiệp và các quy tắc ứng xử trong giải quyết mối quan hệ nội bộ và giao tiếp với khách hàng;
- Hoàn thiện bộ máy hoạt động văn hóa doanh nghiệp tại Công ty và các Điện lực trực thuộc (Thành lập lại Ban Chỉ đạo, cán bộ làm công tác VHDN);
- Rà soát, bổ sung hoàn thiện bộ tài liệu Văn hóa doanh nghiệp về quy tắc ứng xử trong giao tiếp với khách hàng;
- Tiếp tục tổ chức lớp tập huấn Văn hóa doanh nghiệp tại Công ty.
- Hoàn tất công tác Hồ sơ nhãn hiệu Tập đoàn tại Công ty;
- Xây dựng chuyên mục VHDN trên trang website của đơn vị;
- Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm tra, đánh giá định kỳ hàng tháng, quý nhằm phân tích tình trạng VHDN tại đơn vị để có những giải pháp thích hợp;
- Tổ chức tổng kết đánh giá, biểu dương khen thưởng kịp thời và báo cáo kết quả thực hiện về Tổng Công ty theo đúng thời gian quy định.

Continue to implementing The business culture and documents the code of conduct in handling internal relationships and communication with clients;-Improve the corporate culture in the company and the electricity directly (formed the Steering Committee, staff from the work VHDN);-Reviewing, complete the additional documentation about the corporate culture of ethics in communication with customers;-Continue the training organisations corporate culture in the company. -Completion of the work of the Group brand profile in the company;-Construction of VHDN category on the website of the unit;-Build test plans, monthly review, in order to analyze the condition of VHDN in the unit to have the appropriate solutions;-Organization of the reviews, praised rewarded promptly and to report the results of the Corporation in accordance with the stipulated time.

- Continuing to organize training Corporate culture at the company.
- Complete Profile Working Group's brands in the Company;
- Building columnist VHDN the website of the unit;
- Develop test plans, evaluations Monthly, quarterly to analyze the situation at the unit VHDN to take the appropriate measures;
- Organization reviewed and evaluated, praised and report timely implementation results of the Corporation within the time allotted time.
