Dựa trên mô hình của Hoyt và Liebenbeg (2011), mô hình được lựa chọn có dạng như sau:

Do mô hình 1 có thể tạo ra hiện tượng nội suy, nên mô hình 2 được sử dụng.

Trong đó, biến ERM (Công tác triển khai quản trị rủi ro/QTRRTC trong DN) được xác định dựa trên các thông tin trình bày về quản trị rủi ro tài chính theo Thông tư 210/2009/BTC, kết hợp với thông tin về CRO/CEO (nếu có).
