Bài nghiên cứu dựa theo số liệu lao động Việt Nam phân bổ theo vùng và giới tính trong giai đoạn 2000-2017. Qua nghiên cứu, kết quả cho thấy nguồn lao động ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ đến tốc độ tang trưởng kinh tế: lao động thành thị có tác động tích cực đến GDP trong đó lao động nông thôn lại có tác động ngược chiều.Để giải quyết các vấn đề về lao động, phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn nền kinh tế thì Chính phủ VN cần đưa ra các giải pháp phân bố lại lao động, cải thiện lao động vùng nông thôn. Mô hình có hiện tượng đa cộng tuyến tuy nhiên mức độ không hoàn toàn quá nghiêm trọng. Để khắc phục lỗi này sử dụng một số biện pháp: có thể bỏ một trong hai biến hoặc lấy sai phân cấp một.

Results (English) 1:

Studies based on data Vietnam Labor allocated by region and gender in the period 2000-2017. Through the study, the results show that labor force strong influence to economic growth: urban workers have a positive impact on GDP including rural workers have the opposite effect.
To resolve labor issues, develop stronger economy, the Government VN should provide solutions to the redistribution of labor, improve rural labor.
Models of multi collinear but the level is not entirely too seriously. To fix this using a number of measures: may give either variable or taken a wrong hierarchy.
