In the event that Seller fails to provideforegoing specifications, Seller shall provide two sets of samples of components, accessories, spare parts and consumablematerials.In addition, in case Seller’s foregoing failureto provide foregoing specifications or samplesresults fromSeller’sconfidentiality obligationtoa third party, Seller shall provide cost analysis of all components, accessories, spare parts and consumablematerials beforeeach ofBuyer’s orderplacement.Nonetheless, under the circumstance thatSeller is neither able to provide foregoing specifications, nor to provide foregoing samples, nor to providethe quotation sheet and the foregoing cost analysis in the first quotation, Seller shall provide reparation services forconsumablematerials within the same periodidentical to the warranty period for Equipment and Buyer is entitled toterminate this Agreement without any responsibility. Foravoidance of the potentialdisputes, whether Seller provides specifications, samples and cost analysis form or not, Seller shall provide reparation services for component, accessories and spare parts within the same period as the warranty period for Equipment.
