2.) หาประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิค และ 3.) หาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 10 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น, แบบสอบถามเพื่อหาคุณภาพของระบบสารสนเทศและแบบสอบถามเพื่อหาความพึงพอใจ
