Conformément aux articles L.120-20 et suivants du Code de la consommation, vous bénéficiez d'un délai de sept (7) jours ouvrés pour exercer votre droit de rétractation sans avoir à justifier de motifs ni à payer de pénalités à l'exception, le cas échéant, des frais de retour et des frais d'expéditions de la commande à la charge du client à déduire du montant total payer. Les remises en main propre ne bénéficie pas du délais de rétractation, car cela est considéré comme une vente direct. Le délai de sept jours court à compter de la date de réception des articles.
Au terme des 7 jours, les produits sont considérés comme acceptés et conformes à la commande.
Le retour est à la charge du client.
Vous pouvez exercer ce droit sur tous les articles achetés. Cependant, les articles sous plastique ou sceller qui auront été déballés ne pourront pas être repris ni échangés.
